The log Pow of 4,8-dicyclohexyl-6-hydroxy-2,10-dimethyl-12H-dibenzo[d,g][1,3,2]dioxaphosphocin (CAS 73912-21-7) was determined in a OECD 117 study with acceptable restrictions. The reverse phase HPLC method enables partition coefficients to be estimated in the log Pow range between 0 and 6, but can be expanded to cover the log Pow range between 6 and 10 in exceptional cases. The log Pow was determined as 7.1, and so falls into applicability of the employed method.
