One key study of reliability 1 is available to assess the long-term toxicity of the active substance THPS to fish. This study was performed on the THPS in solution in flow-through conditions, with the freshwater species Pimephales promelas.

In conclusion, the 32d-NOEC on Pimephales promelas was determined to be 0.83 mg/L.
