Description of key information

The vapour pressure of 2-amino-6-chloro-4-nitrophenol  was < 2.09 x 10-3 Pa and <1.44 x 10-3 Pa, at 32 and 40°C respectively, calculated using gas saturation method (OECD 104).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.002 Pa
at the temperature of:
32 °C

Additional information

The vapour pressure of 2-amino-6-chloro-4-nitrophenol was determined by following the OECD 104 (gas saturation method) guideline and the GLP.

Two tests were performed at 32°C (305 K) and at 40°C (313 K) at 20 mL/min of flow rate.

The vapour pressure of the test material was:

<2.09 mPa = <2.09 x 10-3Pa at 32 ˚C

<1.44 mPa = <1.44 x 10-3Pa at 40˚C
