Description of key information

The in vivo toxicokinetic studies, the assessment of the physicochemical properties of the substance and the results of the toxicological studies agree on the poor absorption of the substance via oral, inhalation and dermal routes and on the minimal distribution in tissues and organs. Based on the in vivo toxicokinetic studies, it can be concluded that the substance is not significantly metabolised. The substance is quickly and almost entirely excreted with the faeces (> 90% in rats) and only a small extent (about 2% in rats) is excreted with urine.

Additional information

A series of toxicokinetic in vivo studies on the test item reveal that the substance is mainly excreted via the faeces, as a consequence the substance is not metabolised and shows no accumulation potential.
