Additional information

'Diallyl 2,2'-oxydiethyl dicarbonate' is not expected to be accumulative in organisms due to the substance specific logPow of 1.543. Therefore no experiments regarding aquatic or terrestrial bioaccumulation potential have to be conducted according to REACH regulation. For completeness, a QSAR calculation was performed with the help of the US-EPA computer tool EPIWIN (BCFBAFv3.01), resulting in an aquatic bioconcentration factor (BCF) of 4.843 L/kg wet weight. This low BCF value confirms the low bioaccumulation potential of the test substance. The terrestrial bioaccumulation potential is no mandatory requirement under REACH for'diallyl 2,2'-oxydiethyl dicarbonate'.
