Ammonium Perchlorate is an inorganic ionizable substance. The anion perchlorate is rich of 4 oxygen atoms. Because of its chemical structure, it is well known that it is a strong oxidiser agent, which is incompatible with most reducing materials such as powdered metals and organic materials.
