Similar substance 1 was tested in a LLNA and Stimulation Indices (S.I.) of 5.63, 5.59, and 4.56 were determined with the test item at concentrations of 5, 10, and 25% (w/w) in PG, respectively.

The substance was found to be skin sensitizer in guildeline Local Lymph Node Assay (LLNA) in mice.
