Short-term toxicity to fish

The acute toxicity of the test substance to fish Zebrafish (Danio rerio) was determined according to OECD 203 under GLP conditions. The 96 hour LC50 was determined to be 11.1 mg/L.

Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

In a static immobilization test to Daphnia magna according to OECD 202 the EC50 was determined to be 16.5 mg/L after 48 hours exposure under GLP conditions.

Toxicity to algae and cyanobacteria

The toxicity of the test substance to the unicellular freshwater green alga Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was determined according to the principles of OECD 201 (2011) and Council Regulation (EC) No. 761/2009 C.3 in a static growth inhibition test under GLP conditions. After 72 hours the NOEC was determined to be 0.626 mg/L, the ErC10 was determined to be 2.75 mg/L and the ErC50 was determined to be 4.68 mg/L

Toxicity to microorganisms

No further test on toxicity to microorganisms was necessary as the toxicity control in the Closed Bottle Ready biodegradability test showed no inhibition of the microbial activity at a substance concentration of 2.6 mg/L.
