Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Log Koc: 3.79 - 4.33 (MCI method, KOCWIN v2.00)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No experimental studies investigating the adsorption/desorption potential of isononyl isononanoate are available. Therefore, the adsorption potential (log Koc) of all components of the UVCB substance was estimated using a reliable QSAR model (KOCWIN v2.00; Müller, 2012). All components were in the applicability domain of the model indicating that the results are reliable and can be used for the assessment. The QSAR calculation resulted in log Koc values of 3.79 - 4.33 (Molecular Connectivity Index (MCI) method) indicating a high potential for adsorption.
