Epinephrine challenged dogs were evaluated in a cardiac sensitization assay. The NOAEC was 50000 ppm (135000 mg/m3) and the LOAEL was 150000 ppm (405000 mg/m3). 

The test substance did not produce adverse effects that would require classification according the EU Directive 67/548/EEC and EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
