Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance to fish was investigated in a study according to test guideline ISO 7346 (part II) under GLP. In this semi-static freshwater test, the test substance was directly applied in nominal concentrations from 1 to 10000 mg/l. The fish were observed for 96h. The LC50 was determined to be > 3200 mg/l (nominal). Due to low water solubility the substance has almost no systemic toxicity to fish. Only at very high levels the insolube substance exerts detrimental (most likely physical) effects on fish.
