Justification for classification or non-classification

There was evidence of decreases in cauda epididymis weights (6.8%), in the spermatid count and spermatid heads/testis (ca.13%) in rats exposed to 1 -chloro- 2-nitrobenzene (18 ppm) (Horstman et al., 1991; NTP, 1993). Also decreased sperm motility in mice was observed (4.5, 9, 18 ppm) (Chapin et al., 1997).
