oxidising liquids
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with oxidising properties and hence, the classification procedure does not need to be applied

Results and discussion

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
from the structural formula of Frutonile, it can be concluded that the substance is not an oxidising substance. The substance does not have functional groups associated with oxidising properties. There is no oxygen present in the molecule.

Therefore it can be concluded beyond reasonable doubt that Frutonile is incapable of causing fire or enhancing the risk of fire when in contact with combustible material. Assuch no further testing is needed.
