Conclusion on classification

Although ecotoxicity test were performed, no toxicity was observed to aquatic organisms up to the maximum solubility of the substance. Therefore DPX-C is not classified for its aquatic toxicity according to Regulation (EC) n. 1272/2008. Moreover, no PNEC values were calculated for the test item.

Furthermore environmental exposure to the substance is estimated to be negligible (see CSR sections 8 -10).

Although bioaccumulation potential is not excluded, no assessment has been carried out for secondary poisoning because the substance is handled as if it were a PBT.
