Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The bioaccumulative potential was assessed in a weight of evidence approach. The BCF was calculated with Catalogic v5.11.19, BCF base-line model v02.09. The model revealed a BCF of 25 (logBCF of 1.40) wit all mitigating factors applied. The BCFmax was determined to be 185 (logBCFmax = 2.2671). The substance was in the parametric and mechanistic domains. 78.95% of the fragments could be found in correctly predicted substances of the training set. Only 21.05% of the fragments were unknown. For regulatory purposes the model is regarded as adequate.

Furthermore, the DiamMax-Average was determined to be 1.7 nm which is a clear indication that the compound is too big to cross biological membranes. The logKow was estimated to be 10.3 (EPISuite v4.11) which is further proof that the BCF of the compound is below the PBT trigger value of 2000.
