Additional information

Gene mutation of the target 2-Chloro-N,N-dimethylethan-1-amine was estimated by using the following predictors: Derek Nexus, Sarah Nexus, Vega (four models). The predictors were employed in order to apply a weight of evidence (WoE) approach to enhance the reliability of the prediction. In the weight of evidence assessment only reliable predictions are to be taken into account. The target compound has been found in the training set of three Vega models with a mutagenic experimental value (CAESAR, SarPy/IRFMN, KNN/Read-Across). Vega ISS model predicted the target compound as mutagenic (moderate reliable).

Derek Nexus predicted Chromosome damage in vitro, Chromosome damage in vivo and Mutagenicity in vitro as PLAUSIBLE. Sarah Nexus predicted the target compound as positive with 100% confidence. Therefore, it was concluded that 2-Chloro-N,N-dimethylethan-1-amine was predicted with a high level of confidence as positive.
