Administrative data
First-aid measures
After skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly.
After eye contact: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing agents: CO2, powder or water spray. Fight larger fires with water spray or alcohol resistant foam.
For safety reasons unsuitable extinguishing agents: Water with full jet
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Formation of toxic gases is possible during heating or in case of fire.
Advice for firefighters
Protective equipment: Wear self-contained respiratory protective device.
Accidental release measures
Environmental precautions: Do not allow product to reach sewage system or any water course.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up:
- Absorb with liquid-binding material (sand, diatomite, acid binders, universal binders, sawdust).
- Spill materials should be collected and stored in closed, labeled containers for disposal.
Handling and storage
- Product should be handled in accordance with good Industrial Hygiene and Safety practices. Adequate exhaust
ventilation should be provided in work areas. Prevent formation of aerosols.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
- Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles:
- Store tightly sealed original container in a cool, dry place away from any direct source of heat, light and moisture.

Exposure controls / personal protection
General protective and hygienic measures: The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of work.
Respiratory protection: Use suitable respiratory protective device if there is insufficient ventilation.
Protection of hands:
- Protective gloves
The glove material has to be impermeable and resistant to the product/ the substance/ the preparation.
Selection of the glove material on consideration of the penetration times, rates of diffusion and the degradation
Eye protection:
- Goggles recommended during refilling
Body protection:
- Impervious protective clothing
Stability and reactivity
Thermal decomposition / conditions to be avoided: No decomposition if used and stored according to specifications.
Incompatible materials: Avoid contact with strong acids, strong bases (e.g. alkalis) and oxidizers
Hazardous decomposition products: No dangerous decomposition products known, if used according to specifications.
Disposal considerations
Recommendation: Must not be disposed together with household garbage. Do not allow product to reach sewage system.
Uncleaned packaging:
Recommendation: Disposal must be made according to official regulations.
