Reference
Endpoint:
water solubility
Type of information:
experimental study
Adequacy of study:
key study
Study period:
22 Jun - 3 Jul 2015
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
guideline study
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 105 (Water Solubility)
Principles of method if other than guideline:
The test item represents a complex mixture of different components. The water solubility was determined by integrating the entire peak group of the test item in the obtained chromatograms.
GLP compliance:
yes
Type of method:
flask method
Water solubility:
112.8 g/L
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
>= 5.8 - <= 5.9

Study results:

On the basis of the obtained calibration curve, the concentrations of the different test solutions were were calculated. The results (duplicate determination) are summarized in the table:

Incubation time [h]

Result 1 [mg/25 mL]

Result 2 [mg/25 mL]

Average [mg/25 mL]

[mg] supernatant diluted to 25 mL
