PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A concentrated stock solution of the test substance in test medium was prepared by adding Tween 80 as a solvent deflocculant (nominal 50 mg/l test substance and 100 mg/l solvent) and addition stirring for 15 min at room temperature.
