Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The 48-hour EC50 was calculated to be 3.2 mg/L with 95% confidence limits of 3.1 and 8.2 mg/L. The 48-hour EC0 and also the 48-hour NOEC (highest concentration tested without toxic effects after 48 hours) of FEXO-03 was 1.3 mg/L since no immobilization was observed in the test organisms up to and including this test concentration. The 48-hour EC100 amounted to 6.6 mg/L.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test item FEXO-03 to Daphnia magna was determined in a 48-hour static test according to the EU Commission Directive 92/69/EEC, Part C.2 (1992) and the OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals, No. 202, Part 1 (1984).

The reported biological results are based on the mean measured test item concentrations of 1.3 mg/L (dilution 1:22), 3.0 mg/L (dilution 1:10), 6.6 mg/L (dilution 1:4.6), 14 mg/L (dilution 1 :2.2), and 30 mg/L (undiluted filtrate).
