Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The macroscopically observed boiling point is the temperature at which sustained boiling of the test substance is observed. In case of considerable amounts of low molecular weight constituents present in the tested sample, as is the case here, the observed boiling point is likely not the boiling point of the title compound, but the boiling point of the low molecular weight constituents, or an azeotropic mixture of the constituents.

It can therefore only be concluded that the standard boiling point of Neocaspirene Extra, Stage 2 is: >=458K (>=184°C)
Executive summary:

The boiling point of Neocaspirene Extra, Stage 2 was measured according to OECD Guideline No.103 (principle according to Siwoloboff). The result can be expressed as follows (values rounded off):

The boiling point of Neocaspirene Extra, Stage 2 is: >= 458 K (>= 184 ºC).
