Description of key information
Performance of a hydrolysis study is not required due to ready biodegradability of the substance.

In accordance with REACH Annex VIII, column 2, point 9.2.2.1, a hydrolysis-study does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable or highly insoluble in water. Based on the ready biodegradability of TCD-emulsifier as predicted by the (Q)SAR model BIOWIN v4.10, this endpoint is waived.
