Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In a GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.5 and OECD 115 using the OECD harmonized ring method, the surface tension at 20°C of a 1 g/L aqueous test substance solution has been determined as 72.0 mN/m. The substance is not surface active according to the criterium in the EC A.5 guideline.
