Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
Information on genotoxicity is available from two secondary source ( EFSA and NICNAS). Specifically the information by the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) is considered reliable since the data were evaluated by an expert panel and was used to set the specific migration limit for food contact materials.
Both dossiers appear to contain a slightly different data set. The EFSA dossier mentions a chromosome abberration study in human peripheral lymphocytes whereas the NICNAS dossier lists an in vivo micronucleus test. The NICNAS dossier also mentions an OECD 476 study in CHO cells which from the further descrptions appears to be an OECD 473 study.
The following is cited in the EFSA dossier: "2,4-Diamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine was tested for genotoxic potential in the three recommended mutagenicity tests. The genotoxicity tests were performed according to current OECD guidelines and in compliance with GLP. The test substance did not induce gene mutation in bacteria and in mammalian cells. It did not induce chromosomal aberrations in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Therefore the substance is considered as non-genotoxic."
Justification for classification or non-classification
