Additional information

According to REACh legislation, Annex VII, 7.3, column 2, the study does not need to be conducted for solids which melt above 300°C.

The determination of a boiling point is not practical for solid anhydrous silicates as they are glasses with high melting points.

The boiling point  of silicate solutions on the other hand will be primarily determined by the water present and thus will not differ significantly from the boiling point of water.
