The offset value (mean DCR) was 3.0562 x 10-7 s-1 at 20 ± 1C. This value was based on the average deceleration rate measured with an empty sample chamber.

The mean measured background vapor pressure of the system by the SRG method was 2.22 x 10-5 Pa at 20 ± 1°C.

The mean measured vapor pressure of the reference substance, hexachlorobenzene, by the SRG method was 1.37 x 10-3 Pa at 20 ± 1°C. The vapor pressure was consistent with published values.

The system offset pressure using a weighted average molecular weight of 803 g/mol was 1.4659 x 10-4 Pa at 20 ± 1°C. The mean measured vapor pressure of Brominated Epoxy, using a weighted average molecular weight of 803 g/mol, by the SRG was 1.43 x 10-5 Pa at 20 ± 1°C, which was below the recommended reporting range of the spinning rotor gauge method.

Conclusions:
The mean vapor pressure for Brominated Epoxy at 20 ± 1°C was less than the recommended reporting range of the spinning rotor gauge method (1 x 10-4 Pa).
Executive summary:

The mean vapor pressure for Brominated Epoxy at 20 ± 1°C was less than the recommended range of the spinning rotor gauge method (1 x 10-4 Pa).
