Description of key information

For the higher plants, the acute EC50 values for Lemna minor varied between 221.7 µg dissolved Pb/L (at pH 7.9) and 1674 µg dissolved Pb/L (at pH 7.2).

Six different chronic non-normalised no-effect levels for freshwater higher plants situated between 85 µg dissolved Pb/L (Lemna minor; endpoint: root growth rate) and 1025 µg dissolved Pb/L (Lemna minor; endpoint: root growth rate) were extracted.

One chronic no-effect level for marine higher plants of 11.9 µg dissolved Pb/L (Champia parvula; endpoint: reproduction) was found.
