There are 2 studies according to OECD 201 available:

One study considered to be only a supporting study investigated the toxicity of Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid to algae. The study was performed according to GLP and OECD guideline 201 using Desmodesmus subspicatus as test organism (Fresenius, 2004). Nominal concentrations between 62.5 and 1000 mg/L were tested over a period of 72 h. The 72h-EC50 is determined to be 200 mg/L and the 72h-EC10 is determined to be 73 mg/L based on nominal test concentrations.

The second study is considered to be the key study although even this study revealed significant shortcomings: 

In a 72-hour algal growth study, cultures of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata were exposed to Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-l-glutamate and stearic acid at nominal concentrations of 0 (control), 0.15, 0.3, 0.8, 2, and 5 mg/L under static conditions in accordance with the OECD 201 guideline. The water pH, temperature and lighting intensity were all maintained within acceptable guideline specifications. The following statistical effect concentrations were obtained after 72 hours of exposure, based on nominal concentrations.

growth rate: EC10: not detectable, NOEC: 0.3 mg/L

 

Due to the fact, that the concentration of test substance in test media despite all reasonable efforts could not be reasonably verified analytically a change in the test organism and test design was considered to reveal a possible toxicity towards plant organisms.
