Additional information

One study in freshwater algae is available for Ethyltriglycol methacrylate, which is considered reliable without restriction (Klimisch score 1; IBACON 2012 for Evonik).

In a 72 hour acute toxicity study (static dose-response test), the cultures of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata strain no. 61.81 SAG were exposed to Ethyltriglycol methacrylate at nominal concentrations of 0, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 mg/L under static conditions in accordance with the guideline OECD 201. The ErC50 value based on growth rate was > 100 mg/L and

EbC50 value based on yield was > 100 mg/L after 72 hours, respectively.
