Description of key information

Data waiving: Soil toxicity and environmental fate studies were requested in a compliance check of the substance (ECHA decision number CCH-D-2114346399-37-01/F).

The registrant acknowledges that a long-term toxicity study to sediment organisms might be necessary to fulfill the information requirements as defined by REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. However, the performance of the study must be decided on the basis of the updated dossier and Chemical Safety Assessment as required by the ECHA decision number CCH-D-2114346399-37-01/F. O
