Additional information

The substance is not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria (≤15% after 28 d, OECD 301C). QSAR calculations performed with the main substance components using the Ready biodegradability model (version 1.0.9, Vega v1.1.4 software) predict a possible ready biodegradability. Comparable results were found using the BIOWIN v4.10 model (EPI suite v 4.11). The single models do not predict a ready biodegradability of the substance but predict biodegradation over “days” or “weeks to months”. The substance is insoluble in water and Abiotic degradation via hydrolyses is not considered to be a relevant degradation pathway because of the very low water solubility.
