Acute toxicity for Daphnia magna was evaluated on the substance in a 48 hours screening test, according to the OECD guideline 202. A single dose was administrated at 100 mg/l (limit test) with no effect.

Further results on the analogue substance 3a-A(NaK) have been considered. Justification for Read Across is given in Section 13 of IUCLID. The EC50 was higher than 1000 mg/l
