Description of key information

The substance is readily biodegradable, the adsorption potential is low (Log Koc = 2.12), as is the bioconcentration factor (the estimated Log BCF was 1.58).
Thus, the substance will be quickly degraded in the environment and partitioning to the sediment will be negligible. Moreover, as bioaccumulation potential is also very low, particular exposure of sediment organisms is highly unlikely. Therefore, no testing is required in accordance with REACH; ANNEX X; No. 9.5.1, column 2.
