Conclusion on classification

Results from the acute and long-term aquatic toxicity studies are considered for the derivation of the appropriate classification for environmental hazards. The classification for the environment is driven by the lowest available effect level, the chronic value for Daphnia magna: NOEC (21 d) = 0.953 mg/L. Coupled with the fact that the substance is readily biodegradable, classification is required for long-term aquatic hazard, Chronic Category 3, in accordance with the criteria for classification as defined in Annex I, Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No 286/2011.
