Data waiving
Reason: Dissociation constant is not relevant.
Justification: According the ECHA Guidance Ch. R.7a, 2008 (pg 173), "...if the substance cannot dissociate due to a lack of relevant functional groups, the dissociation constant is irrelevant." Therefore, as the substance is not ionizable, determination of the dissociation constant is not relevant.

Description of key information

According the ECHA Guidance Ch. R.7a, 2008 (pg 173), "...if the substance cannot dissociate due to a lack of relevant functional groups, the dissociation constant is irrelevant."  Therefore, as the substance is not ionizable, determination of the dissociation constant is not relevant.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
