The abiotic hydrolysis of Fyrolflex BDP was studied at test concentration of 0.25 mg/l at pH 4, 7 and 9. The tests were carried out in the dark at 50oC for a period of 5 days. The test solutions were analyzed using a HPLC technique.

Less than 10% hydrolysis was detected after a 5-day period at 50oC, equivalent to a half life greater than 1 year at 25oC.
