Key value for chemical safety assessment

Effects on fertility

Description of key information

Toxicity to  reproduction is driven by the characteristics of the individual UVCB constituents.

Relevant information on the individual UVCB constituents is reported in Section 7 Summary.

At least one component has reliable and good quality evidence from human cases or epidemiological studies or animal studies with significant and/or severe toxic effects at low exposure concentrations.

Effects on developmental toxicity

Description of key information

Toxicity to reproduction (developmental toxicity) is driven by the characteristics of the individual UVCB constituents.  Relevant information on the individual UVCB constituents is reported in Section 7 Summary. At least one component has reliable and good quality evidence from human cases or epidemiological studies or animal studies with significant and/or severe toxic effects at low exposure concentrations.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Reproductive toxicity: Category 1; effects on fertility, effects on development, and effects via lactation.

Toxicity to  reproduction is driven by the characteristics of the individual UVCB constituents. At least one component has reliable and good quality evidence from human cases or epidemiological studies or animal studies with significant and/or severe toxic effects at low exposure concentrations.

The tested sample is representative for a typical across industry (and worst-case) defined within the concentration ranges outlined under IUCLID section 1.2

See IUCLID section 13 or CSR Annex 1 for MeClas printouts with the specified input concentrations and resulting classification. Please visit www. meclas.eu for more information about the tool.
