Erucamide is not produced nor transported as an aerosol or as a gas under pressure.

Erucamide (Z-docos-13-enamide) is an opaque white to off-white solid with a fatty odor. It is typically sold as a powder or as pellets. The melting range is 64 - 83 °C. The material decomposes before it boils; the calculated boiling point is 474 +/- 14 °C. It is less dense than water (relative density 0.908) and virtually insoluble in water (water solubility < 0.738 µg/L, the limit of detection in the assay). It is not flammable and not explosive. It is not produced or transported as an aerosol or as a gas under pressure.
