Hydrolysis

At environmental pH conditions hydrolysis is not expected to be a relevant degradation process due to the absence of hydrolysable groups (Kollig et al. 1993, Boethling and Mackay 2000).

Phototransformation in air

After evaporation or exposure to the atmosphere, the substance is expected to be rapidly photodegraded by reaction with OH-radicals with a half-life of 3.1 hours (24 -h day, 500000 OH/cm3; AOPWIN v1.92, EPISuite v4.11; BASF SE, 2015).
