PBT assessment: overall result

PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

Based on a conservative approach, PETIA is considered to be 'P' due to potential persistence of three constituents and their breakdown products in the aquatic environment based on one of three applied m(Q)SAR models (estimated t1/2 > 40 days from CATALOGIC Kinetic 301C). The substance is however not 'B' or 'vB' and not 'T'. In conclusion, PETIA is not considered to be PBT or vPvB.
