Additional information

The CRC handbook is peer reviewed and is considered reliable and a suitable key study for this endpoint (Lide 2008). As a supporting study, WHO ICSC (2005) have identified the density of the test substance is 0.98 g/cm3. No information on the primary source of the data or the methods used is available. However, this information is taken from a reliable peer reviewed handbook and so can be considered reliable and suitable for use for this endpoint.

The density of commercial DCPD (94%) was taken from proprietary data (Shell 2016). The study is not GLP compliant but followed guideline ASTM D4052 and is considered suitable for use for this endpoint.
