Conclusion on classification

The test substance is not biodegradable and has a partition coefficient (log Kow) of 4.3. Since no toxicity was observed above the water solubility in both acute and chronic tests in fish, daphnia and algae, no safety net classification is required. Based on the available toxicity data, the test substance does not need to be classified in accordance with the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
