Principles of method if other than guideline:
State of the substance information was provided by individual companies in the form of a letter stating the relevant information. The letter was submitted in company’s headed paper and signed by the individual responsible for the area of work. Given that the companies have practical expertise in handling the substance/stream this was deemed to be acceptable information on the state of the substance.
