According to structural properties, hydrolysis of DMCHA is not probable.


Phototransformation in air

After evaporation or exposure to air, DMCHA will be rapidly degraded by photochemical processes.



DMCHA is considered to be readily biodegradable according to OECD.



Significant accumulation of DMCHA in organisms is not to be expected.


Transpot and distribution


Adsorption of DMCHA to the solid soil phase is expected.


Henry´s Law constant

From the water surface DMCHA is expected to slowly evaporate into the atmosphere.
