Description of key information

In the atmosphere, a half-life of 6.95 h and 11.2 h for the neutral and protonated form of cyclohexylamine was estimated, respectively assuming a reaction with photochemically produced hydroxyl radicals (Bayer Industry Services, 2006).
According to the guidance document R.11 (ECHA, 2008, p19), substances characterized by an atmospheric half-life smaller than 2 days does not have the potential for a long range atmospheric transport and thus the deposition in remoted areas.
