Description of key information

Auto-ignition temperature (EU test method A.15; DIN 51 794): 210 °C at 1015 hPa

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
210 °C

Additional information

In the key study (OXEA), the auto-ignition temperature of the test item was determined according to EU test method A.15 [Directive 92/69/EEC, Official Journal L 383 A 1992] and DIN 51 794 compliant with GLP.

Auto-ignition temperature: (1015 hPa) 210 °C

This is corroborated by very similar results from the supporting study (BASF AG; DIN 51 794): Auto-ignition temperature: (1013 hPa) 215°C.
