First-aid measures

Let in fresh air. Immediately remove person concerned out of danger area. In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

After skin contact : Wash away with soap and water and rinse.

After eye contact : Flush with plenty of water (10 - 15 min.). In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

After ingestion: Call a physician. Do not induce vomiting! May cause chemical burns in mouth and throat. Obtain medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Adapt extinguishing measures to suit the environment.

Suitable extinguishing media : Foam, CO2, powder extinguisher.

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Not combustible under normal conditions. If involved in a fire it will support combustion In case of fire do not breathe fumes

Environmental precautions : Prevent discharge of larger quantities to drain or water courses. If the product contaminates lakes, rivers or sewages, inform appropriate authorities in accordance with local regulations.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up : Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent materials, e.g. sand, earth, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth and place in container for disposal according to local regulations
