Description of key information

Very toxic to aquatic organisms based on long-term (chronic) toxicity study data.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The long-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was investigated in a study according to OECD 211 under consideration of GLP. Daphnids were exposed to nominal concentrations of 0 (control), 0 (solvent control) 0.0013, 0.0041, 0.013, 0.041, 0.130 mg/L. A concentrated stock solution was prepared separately for each test group in 10 mL DMF. The final solvent concentration in each test solution was 100µL/L. The most sensitive endpoint was mortality and the 21d effect concentration was determined at 0.013 mg/L (nominal).
