Conclusions:
No dermal irritation after the application of 2-Chlorobenzonitrile was observed.
Executive summary:

Three New Zealand White rabbits (f) were treated with 0.5 g 2 -Chlorobenzonitrile on previously shaved intact skin covered with a semi-occilsive dressing for 4 hours.

Skin irritation was assessd approx. 30 min after removal of the dressin, after 24, 48, and 72 h.

No skin irritation was observed.
