The most sensitive organism regarding acute toxicity is Leuciscus idus with an LC50 of 31.6 mg/L (geometric mean of LC0 and LC100). EC50 values for aquatic invertebrates and algae were determined to be 410 mg/L for daphnia magna and 123.32 mg/L for Desmodesmus subspicatus, respectively.

The PNEC calculations are based on the results of the acute toxicity test performed with Leuciscus idus.
